Initial Intake Assessment: $380

Individual Therapy, 53 min:  $350

Individual Therapy, 45 min: $315

Individual Therapy, 30 min: $280

*Payment rates are based on your insurance plan's specific rates or based on self pay rates. Payment is due at time of service. Insurance does not guarantee coverage, and any non-covered services are ultimately the responsibility of the client.
